1. Kendall loved opening her Christmas presents this year although we did have to open them in "shifts" due to the attention span of about 10 minutes.
2. Kendall and I may have devoured the majority of the cookies before our company even arrived....
3. We were fortunate to have some beautiful weather to go hiking and hiked the beautiful Waldo Canyon and even tackled the Manitou Springs Incline (which I will add is the old Cog Train Railway used to bring tourists up to Pikes Peak - it is one mile straight up the mountain at an average grade of 40% - also known as one of the most difficult hikes in Colorado Springs)
